Ingredients:

** 1 cup of Kale

** 1/2 of Avocado

 ** 1 Mango cut into wedges

** 1 Banana

** 12-18 Wild blue berries

** 1 cup Almonds

** 1/2 – 1 cup of Coconut milk

Ingredients Before Mix

Directions: Put in a

Place ingredients in blending cup. Place a Banana after you’ve added the main ingredients

Add Coconut Milk

Then Pour in Coconut Milk (to the Max Fill Mark on cup)
Place in a Blender and Pulse..
Avocado and Kale Smoothie — After Blending all the ingredients
