1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, dried with paper towels

1 c. sour cream OR yogurt
1 c. mayonnaise OR salad dressing
1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Salt to taste
1 t. Beau Monde seasoning
1/2 t. dillweed
Juice of 1 lemon
1 round loaf French or rye bread

Chop spinach fine; combine with sour cream or yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, green onions, seasonings and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to meld.

Scoop out center of bread loaf to form a shell. Cut center bread into chunks. Fill shell with dip. Serve with bread chunks, crackers and fresh veggies.
