Tuna Sandwich
Prep: 10 min.

* 1/2 lb. canned water-packed albacore tuna
* 1/3 cup mayonnaise
* 2 Tbs. sweet relish
* 8 slices bread, toasted, if desired
* 4 lettuce leaves

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and relish in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly, stirring in 1-1/4 tsp. of the relish juice for added tartness, if desired. Divide mixture between half the bread slices. Top with lettuce leaf and remaining slice of bread.
