BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
10 muffins

1 8-oz Box Sweet 'N Low White Cake Mix
3/4 cup Blueberries (fresh, canned, or frozen)
2/3 cup Water

Drain berries (discard liquid from berries). Add water to the Sweet?N Low White Cake Mix and mix for 3 minutes. Gently fold in drained blueberries. Pour batter into 10 muffin cups (paper or foil). Bake at 375o for 20 minutes.

Per Serving: 1 muffin calories 105, fat 2g, carbohydrate 20g, protein 2g, sodium 15mg, cholesterol 0mg.
