1/2 lb. gr.veal
1/2 lb.gr.sirloin
1/2 lb.gr.pork
3/4 c.italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp.worschestire sauce
3 med-large cloves garlic
1/2 small onion minced
1 tbsp.parlsley flakes
salt and pepper
1 tbsp.warm water

Combine all ingredients. Do not over mix or you will have tough meatballs. Let rest room temp.1hr. Roll out you meatballs and fry until all sides have a crust. Remove and lay on papertowels. Bake on cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. cook rest of the way in sauce. Or bake them for 25 minutes.
