2-19 oz. cans Progresso Tomato Basil Soup
1-16 oz can Diced Tomatoes
1-16 oz. can Veg -All Brand Cajun Vegetables w/ sauce
1-16 oz. can White Beans ( Cannellinni, Kidney, Great Northern )
1- 4 oz. can drained sliced Mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1-8 oz. pkg. fresh or frozen (thawed) 3 Cheese Tortellinis
Parmesan or Mozzarella Cheese- grated or shredded- your choice

Assemble all ingredients in a heavy 6 qt. pan. - bring to a boil, reduce heat ,simmer till pastas are tender . Top with either grated Parmesan or shredded or Mozzarella Cheese. Thisis very lowfat , high protein and its so quickj and easy to make and the flavors -- WOW.
