1 envelope onion soup mix 4 boneless chicken breast 2 T. olive oil 1 15 oz. can pinto beans 1 c. frozen corn 1/2 c. picante sauce 1 4 oz. can gren chilies 1/4. chopped green onions 1/2 c. jalapeno pepper jelly 1/2 c. sour cream 1 T. lemon juice 2 c. chopped iceburg letuce 2 c. romaine 1 sweet pepper thinly sliced 1/4 c. minced cilantro
Rub soup mix over chicken on both sides. In large skillet brown chicken in oil for 10 minutes on esah side or until cooked. Remove and keep warm. In same skillet combine beans corn and picante. Cook and stir over med heast until heated through. Stir in chilies and onions. In small bowl combine sour cream, pepper jelly and lemon juice. Combine iceberg and romaine divide among 4 plates. Slice chicken. Put over greens. Surrond with peppers and bean mixture.Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with cilantro.
