SUN-DRIED TOMATO FOCACCIA

c. sun-dried tomato pesto
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 t. fresh chopped rosemary
Pizza dough

Heat grill. Combine pesto, garlic and rosemary. Make rounds of flattened dough. Oil one side and grill oil-side down until dough begins to puff (2 minutes). Lightly coat top with cooking spray; flip bread. Spoon mixture over top; grill 1 minute or until cooked through.
