2 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. pressed garlic
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)

Using a hand beater beat all ingredientes until creamy. Put in a glass dish, cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with toasted bread rounds or natural flavor chips
