Does anyone know how they make this?

I bought something extremely similar a few years ago (made by kraft?) but i can't remember the name of it.

any info would be appreciated!

I don't have Rafferty's - but if you would like to try tweaking these:

(also - are you sure it's not Tabasco's Sweet and Spicy Sauce in a bottle??)

1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons hot sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayene pepper

12-14 chicken wing drummettes (6-7 wings w/ tips removed and cut at joint)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine melted butter, brown sugar, hot sauce, soy sause, garlic powder and cayene pepper. Mix well to syrup-like consistency.
Thoroughly coat chicken wings and place in baking pan w/ excess marinade.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, turning wings half way through.
Broil for 2-3 minutes each side to crisp skin.
Serve w/ ranch or bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Dipping Sauce

One jar plum jelly or jam, or apricot
2 Tablespoons grated horseradish to taste, as close to just plain
horseradish as you can find
1 Tablepoon Worcestershire sauce
1 to 3 Tablespoons ketchup to taste
Melt jelly (better than jam for a clearer sparkly dip) briefly in the
microwave, stir in the rest.
Will keep in the fridge for a couple weeks.
