Asian Creamy Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

2 pkg (10 oz ea) frozen green beans
1 (8 oz) can Chun King Water Chestnuts, sliced
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
milk to make 2 cups total liquid, see directions
1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil
2 tbsp Argo Corn Starch
1 tsp salt, and dash pepper
1/2 (3 oz) can Chun King Chow Mein Noodles
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook 2 pkg frozen green beans.

Drain, mix liquid with liquid from 1 (8 oz) can Chun King Water Chestnuts sliced, 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, and milk to make 2 cups total liquid.

Mix 1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil and 2 Tbsp Argo
Corn Starch, 1 tsp salt, and dash pepper in saucepan.

Slowly stir in combined liquids; cook and stir
over low heat until thick.

Remove from heat, stir in drained vegetables.

Layer in casserole with 1/2 can (3 oz) Chun King Chow Mein Noodles. Top with rest of noodles and 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 20 min at 375 F.

Makes 8 servings.
