Garlic Fried Chicken

2, 2 1/2 pound frying chickens cut in pieces
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 cup of sour cream
1 clove of garlic, grated
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of celery salt

Wipe the chicken pieces with a damp cloth and store in container with tight fitting lid. Mix all
ingredients together, pour over chicken, and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

When ready to fry, drain the liquid from the chicken pieces and dredge them in flour, heat some vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken pieces on all sides.

Lower the heat and cover skillet and cook for 35-40 minutes.

That sounds really good, I like garlic a lot so I think I'd add in more.
