Chilpotle Barbecued Ribs

3 lb. pork ribs 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 4 1/2 teasp. orange marmalade 4 1/2 teasp. cpopped chilpotle peppers in adobe sauce

Put ribs in a large pan,cover with water, boil then reduce heat to med low and simmer 1 hr. Put in a baking dish combine sauce ingredients and pour over drained ribs. Bake at 300 for 1 hr. You can also grill these ribs after parboiling. Cook for 20 minutes basting occassionally with sauce.
