Ingredients
1 LB BACON
LARGE RED ONION
3 LB POT ROAST
GARLIC & WORCHESIRE
2-3 CUPS VEGETABLE MEDLEY
(BROCOLLI, CARROTS, CAULIFLOWER)
1 CUP GRATED PARMESEAN

Directions
CUT BACON IN HALF & LAYER COMPLETELY COVERING NON STICK SKILLET (EVEN COVER THE SIDES) SLICE ONION & LAYER OVER BACON. CUT ROAST INTO 2' STRIPS/CHUNKS & HEAVILY MARINADE WITH GARLIC & WORCHESIRE SAUCE & LAYER OVER ONION. TURN SKILLET ON TO MED HIGH AS THIS STARTS THE BACON COOKING. LAYER THE VEGGIES OVER THE ROAST. SPRINKLE WITH A TON OF PARMESEAN CHEESE. AFTER 10 MINUTES, LOWER TO LOW HEAT, COVER AND SIMMER FOR 1 1/2 HRS.
