c. brown sugar
2 T. mesquite seasoning
1 t. salt
6 lbs. pork spareribs
c. hickory-smoked BBQ sauce
2 T. honey
t. dried thyme

Combine sugar, seasoning and salt; rub over tops of ribs. Place seasoned-side down on prepared grill; cover. Cook 15 minutes; turn; cover; cook about 2 hours. Combine BBQ sauce, honey and thyme. Brush over ribs several times over last 15 minutes of grilling.
