How to get perfectly sliced homemade bread
How to get perfectly sliced homemade bread
.
The picture below is of slices from two recent homemade loaves sliced with our Chef's Choice 610 electric slicer..
.
.
I have a Chef's Choice 610 electric slicer and mainly use it to slice homemade bread. It cost about $ 115. It slices a whole loaf in about a minute. If you have one, try slicing bread on thickness setting 10 or 12. It makes perfect slices. I couldn't be more pleased with the slicer.
.
Also works great to slice meat and cheese. It will make slices from 3/4-inches thick down to paper thin deli-meat slices.
.
I bought this when I got tired of trying to slice homemade loaves with a bread knife or other gadgets.
.
We bought this slicer from Lowes Hardware, Amazon also carries it.Last edited by Antilope; November 23rd, 2014 at 01:49 AM.
