I have a question: I have heard many times that meat should be cooked only once on each side and on this video The guy does cook one side twice although it is just for one minute. So which should it be?
Or is it really about creating a nice crisp (don't know the right word here) coating to seal the juices?Your recipes stored online and sent to your Kindle
