◦2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
◦8 skinless boneless chicken thighs
◦2 jars of you favorite pasta sauce
◦1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
◦2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, divided
◦1 box of your favorite pasta


1.Heat oil in a large skillet.
2.Brown thighs 2-3 minutes on each side.
3.Add sauce, basil, and 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese to crock pot.
4.Mix well and add chicken.
5.Cook on low heat 6-8 hrs.
6.Cook pasta according to box directions.
7.Serve chicken and sauce over over pasta.
8.Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
