I ran out of protein powder so I needed something else to make a quick breakfast with, came up with these. We had these last night with sweetened whipped heavy cream while they were still warm. Pretty good. I had a few squares this morning for breakfast. They came out moist and chewy, which is what I was shooting for.

1 16oz jar of crunchy peanut butter, warmed in the microwave.
2 cups of Almond flour
1/2 cup Erythritol
1/2 cup Splenda
4 eggs
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
pinch of salt
1/4 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup of Cocoa
1/2 tsp of Vanilla

I creamed the eggs, sweeteners, peanut butter, then added the almond flour, and the rest of the ingredients.

This made a dense thick dough, which I rolled out a 1/4 inch thick in a large cookie sheet. I baked them at 350 f, for 15 minutes or so. They rose to about 1/2 inch thick, so they could have been made a little thicker. They are definitely a brownie, not to sweet, chewy, nutty.
