Fresh Key Lime Pie

** 1 pie crust (9 inch)
** 3 egg yolks
** 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
** 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice, or from concentrate
** green organic food coloring, optional
** 8 ounces Cool Whip

1.Preheat oven to 325 F.

2. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring if desired. Pour into prepared pastry shell;

3. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with Cool Whip.

Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers
