Looking for a seafoam candy recipe. Not the tipical hard candy, but one with the consistancy of after dinner mints.. It almost melts in ypur mouth. The recipe I tried almost 50 years ago must have been formed from a pastry bag because it was rippled like cake decorating icing. It had the best flavor, and I have tried for a long to duplicate it but most recipes don't come close. Also would like a recip for shrimp wen gen.
