Hi Tom I'm looking for a recipe for Chicago Italian Beef Sandwiches. Can you help.

how do I get back into the good graces of the forum. I know it's no excuse but I have been in and out of the hospital and I have had other things come up, so I want to be a member in good standing. What can I do to fix this.

Looking for a seafoam candy recipe. Not the tipical hard candy, but one with the consistancy of after dinner mints.. It almost melts in ypur mouth. The recipe I tried almost 50 years ago must have been formed from a pastry bag because it was rippled like cake decorating icing. It had the best flavor, and I have tried for a long to duplicate it but most recipes don't come close. Also would like a recip for shrimp wen gen.

I am Susmita from Bangladesh. A new member here.

I want to learn French Fries making. I searched in online recipes and tried in my kitchen several times but it does not come out that Crispy and Wonderful Color as we eat in resturents. I first keep the potato pieces in cold water for 1 hour .. then fry in low heat for 3/5 mnts. Then keep it in Freeze for 2-3 hours. Then again fry it in middle heat . But still i am not satisfied. Also it soaks oil very much ( i used kitchen Tissue paper). Can you help me on this?

Also please advise me when i will add salt . before frying or after frying ?

I am interested in copycat recipes, and I wish to do a project about your forum (about how people like this forum and any affection it would be for the sale of America's Secret recipes). Something odd happening to my posts. Three times I have posted a recipe titled Chocolate Pecan Cookies (Better Than Publix Bakery), and every time someone has deleted it. Whoever is doing this should at least have the courtesy of emailing me the reason why. I am going to post the recipe one more time.
