Easy Cajun Jambalaya

Beef, shrimp and chicken are simmered in a tomato sauce with onion, celery and bell peppers and rice.

Makes 6 Servings:

INGREDIENTS:
1 (15 oz.) can chunky tomato sauce with onions, celery, and green bell peppers
1 (15 oz.) can Chili No Beans
1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 lb. cooked peeled and deveined medium-size shrimp
1 (5 oz.) can Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
1 1/2 tsp Creole seasoning
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS:
In large skillet, over medium heat, combine the tomato sauce, chili, rice, shrimp, chunk chicken and Creole seasoning.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until warmed through (about 10 min).
Add green onion and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
