Add a little malt to a favorite flavor...yum yum!

Crust:

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup of sugar

Filling:

3 pkgs. (8 oz each) softened cream cheese
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
3/4 cup chocolate malt powder
4 eggs
1 t. vanilla extract

Garnish:

Confectioners' sugar and chocolate curls, cptional

Combine crust ingredients. Pat firmly in bottom and 1/2 in. up the side of a 9-in. springform pan; chill. For filling, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add remaining ingredients and blend thououghly. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 300 degrees for about 65 minutes or until filling shakes only slightly near center when moved. Cool; chill thououghly. Garnish with confectioners' sugar and chocolate curls, if desired. Delicious!!
