Crispy Onion Chicken

1 can (2.8 ounces) French-fried onions, lightly crushed
4 boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves
2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the onions in a shallow dish. Brush the chicken with the mustard, then dip in the onions, turning to coat completely. Place on baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken
