Shake 'N' Bake Mexican Pork

6 to 8 boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 packet SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Coating Mix Original Pork
1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick ''N Chunky Salsa
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Moisten chops with water. Shake off excess.

Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Top chops with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes to heat salsa and melt cheese. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
