So simple to make and I have used taters that I have boiled for the fridge (for home fries, etc.)

6 med. red potatoes, washed, boiled in salted water, drained and cooled - no need to peel

1 cup sour cream combined with 1/4 c. mayo or salad dressing (your preference)

5 or six green onions, sliced very thin (green parts too)

a good sized handful of fresh chopped dill

salt and pepper to taste


Combine sour cream and mayo/salad dressing; stir in onions and dill - add taters and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate.
