Crockpot Beef Burgundy

1-1/2 lbs. beef for stew or stir fry beef
1 can french onion soup, undiluted
1 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 - 1 soup can full burgundy wine (to taste)

Mix all ingredients in crockpot and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
