Breaded Mustard Pork Chops (low fat)

1 egg white
2 T. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb pork loin chops (or other pork chops)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sage

Heat oven to 400 F. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (or grease it with margarine or butter).

In small bowl, beat egg white with fork until frothy. Stir in mustard until well-mixed. In shallow dish combine bread crumbs, garlic powder and sage. Dip pork chops into egg white mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in baking dish, spray with cooking spray. Bake 20-25 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.
