Lemon and Blueberry Crispies

1 box of lemon cake mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 stick of butter
1 c. Rice Krispies
1/4 c. dried blueberries

In the bowl of your mixer, add the cake mix, egg and butter. Beat until well combined. Carefully fold in Rice Krispies and blueberries.

Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 9 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden. Cool on the cookie sheet for 1 minute. Remove and cool on wire rack.
