Spicy Tequila Chicken Wings

Comments: For those who like it hot.
Serve along with corn chips.

Ingredients Preparation

1 cup [250 mL] Tequila
1 cup [250 mL] orange juice
2 teaspoons [10 mL] ground chile
48 chicken wing pieces
1/4 cup [60 mL] honey
45 mL [3 tablespoons] hot taco spices
2 limes, cut into wedges

Into a large bowl, mix together Tequila, orange juice and ground chile.
Add chicken wing pieces.
Mix to coat well.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
To cook, preheat oven to 425F [220C].
Cover a baking sheet with grease-proof paper.
Transfer chicken wing pieces onto paper toweling to dry them out.
Arrange chicken wing pieces apart onto prepared baking sheet.
Brush pieces with honey, then sprinkle with hot taco spices.
Roast into preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes turning once, until done.
Serve chicken wing pieces, garnished with lime wedges.
