Marinated Cheese

4 oz soft cheese (Mozzarella, feta, chevre), large dice

2 oz green olives

3 sprigs fresh rosemary

3 sprigs fresh thyme

4 cloves garlic

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

In a jar, add cheese and olives. Add herbs and garlic and cover with olive oil. Place lid on jar and shake gently. Place jar in refrigerator and marinate for 3 days, shaking once every 24 hours.

4oz chevre, rolled in herbs

6 oz cheddar, cubed

6 oz Manchego, cut into triangles

Marinated cheese

2 oz nuts (almonds, pecans, pine nuts)

2 oz dried fruit (cranberries, blueberries, apricot)

Lavash crackers

Crusty baguette
