Pork or Ham Fried Rice

4 tablespoons [60 mL] cooking oil
4 cups [1 L] boiled drained rice
1 cup [250 m] small cubes cooked pork or lean ham
1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
Pinch of pepper
2 green onions, sliced
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons [30 mL] soy sauce

Heat oil into a frypan, then add rice; cook, stirring often, until lightly browned.
Add meat cubes, salt, pepper and green onion slices.
Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Make a hole in the middle and pour in beaten eggs.
Cut well cooked egg into thin short strips; add to rice mixture.
Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients.
Well mix in soy sauce, and serve.
