1 lb strawberries, washed & cut into small pieces
6 lemons, juiced and set aside
¾ cup of sugar
6 cups of water

In a small sauce pan put in your strawberries, sugar, 1 cup of water and a rind of 1 of the lemons.
Stirring constantly, cook on medium high heat until it boils. Remove from stove once it starts boiling.
Pour the strawberry mixture in a pitcher. Mix in 5 more cups of water and add your lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
Taste and add any more sugar, water or lemon juice if needed.
Put in the refrigerator and serve cold.
