A Very Simple 1 wok meal, depending on amount of stock added, will either turn out a stirfry or thick soup.

1/ 600 grammes chicken breast or thigh fillet chopped into bite sized pieces.
2/ 1 cup chopped spring onions(shallots)
3/ 2 ripe tomatoes-chopped
4/ 1 cup each chopped broccoli and cauliflower
5/ 1/2 cup soy sauce
6/ 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
7/ 2 cups chicken stock
8/ 1 teaspoon dried hot chilli, or 1 fresh chiili sliced.
9/ 4 packets instant noodles or 400 grammes(include flavour sachets if a saltier taste required)
10/ 1 tablespoon olive oil

In a large wok or frypan, stirfry chicken , spring onions and vegetables(except tomatoes) for 10 minutes on medium heat in oil.
In a separate pan pour boiling water over noodles and put lid on(no need to cook them at this stage)Allow them to soften in water for 5 minutes.
To wok add soy sauce, cumin seeds, tomatoes and chilli.Stir for a further 5 minutes until tomatoes begin to break up.
Drain noodles in sieve then add to wok 1/4 at a time stirring inbetween to combine.
Add as much chicken stock as required(a little will produce a drier stirfry, a lot will produce a wetter soup mix)
Taste, then add flavour sachets one by one if you want a saltier taste.
Stir until well combined then serve.

(serves 4-5 adults easily)
