3-STEP Rocky Road Cheesecake
Makes 8 servings
2 packages (8 ounces each) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 squares Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
2 eggs
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 ounces)
1/2 cup Miniature Marshmallows
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
1/4 cup chopped Peanuts

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs; mix just until
blended. -
POUR into crust. Sprinkle with marshmallows, chocolate chunks and peanuts.

BAKE at 350°F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with multicolored sprinkles.
