100g canned, sliced button mushrooms, drained
2 shallots, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
3 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tbsp oil
salt and sugar to taste
- Cut broccoli into 3cm florets. Set aside.
- Heat oil in the wok over a medium fire. When hot, stir-fry shallot, & garlic for 3 mins.
- Add the sliced button mushrooms.
- Last, add oyster sauce, sugar, salt & broccoli. Stir-fry around 2-3 mins. Make sure the broccoli is not over-cooked. Serve immediately
