a new twist on tuna noodle casseroles

Tuna Rice with Peas

In saucepan, bring to full boil:
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
1 1/4 c. water
1 can condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
2 cans (6 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 t. instant

Stir in 1 1/2 c. minute rice

Cover, remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes

Fluff with fork; serve.
