A White Zombie recipe for Halloween :)


1 1/2 oz Bacardi White Rum
1 oz cream of coconut
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 tablespoons Grenadine
Zest a lime for garnish


Pour all of the ingredients, except grenadine and lime zest, into an iced filled shaker.
Shake good for about a minute.
Pour into a glass and then slowly float grenadine over the top and garnish with lime zest
