Aegean Beef
Boneless Beef Chuck Steak - 2.2 lbs Cut into 1.5 inch cubes
Onion - 2 cups Chopped or sliced
Cream of Chicken Soup - 10 oz Condensed
Oregano - 0.5 tsp Dried whole
Thyme - 0.5 tsp Ground
Salt - 0.75 tsp
Pepper - 0.5 tsp
Liquid Gravy Browner - 0.5 tsp
Place beef cuges in 3.5 quart slow cooker. Add onion over top.
Mix remainging 6 ingredients in bowl. Pour over top. Cover. Cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or on High for 3.5 to 4.5 hours. Serves 6.
