Here are a couple of “After Dinner” cocktails that work perfectly for fall. Enjoy!
*Waterloo Cocktail by Dan Warner
2 parts Beefeater 24 gin
1 part St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
¼ part Hiram Walker Raspberry Liqueur
Top with Brut Champagne
Stir gin & elderflower with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Layer Champagne. Add Raspberry Liqueur using a barspoon.

1 part Kahlua Coffee Cream
1 part Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
½ part Sambuca
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into ice-filled coffee mug.
