8 oz sour cream
1 cup oil
2 1/2 c self rising corn meal
1 can cream style corn
Beat eggs with wisk, until foamy.
Add sour cream a half at a time, beat well
Add oil a half at a time, beat well.
Add corn meal, with spatula, half at a time, mixing well.
Add creamed corn, also half at a time, mix well.
Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 min, or til done. Applesauce can replace the cup of oil, use the same amount. This should be mixed by hand and not an electric mixer.
