Alfredo Turkey Casserole

1 pound turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 package (5.5 ounces) croutons
1 jar (17 ounces) Alfredo sauce

In a large bowl combine the onion, celery, croutons, cheese, turkey and Alfredo sauce. Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 3-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F, covered, for about 40 minutes. Uncover, top with almonds, and cook another 15 minutes.
