Aloha Skillet Burger

1 pound ground chuck
1/4 cup finely minced onion
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4-1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
4 slices canned pineapple
4 hamburger buns, split
Soy sauce
Mayonnaise
Lemon
Curry powder
4 slices mozzarella cheese
Shredded lettuce

Combine the ground beef, onion, and next five ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Form 4 small flat patties using one-half of the ground beef mixture. Place a pineapple slice on top of that patty. Using the remainder of the ground beef mixture, sandwich the pineapple into the patty. Place in a hot skillet and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes a side.

Meanwhile, toast the buns with olive oil in another hot skillet. Combine 1/2 cup Mayonnaise with 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, juice of half of a fresh lemon juice, add 1/2 tsp. curry powder. Mix well and spread on both sides of the bun.

Top with burgers, slice of cheese and shredded lettuce.
