Honey Lemon mayonnaise recipe follows
1 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into slices about 1-1/2 in. thick
1/2 honeydew melon, peeled and cut into 1- 1/2 in. slices
5 or more wild plums (store brought) or plums will do
3 peaches, peeled, pitted and quartered (treat with a wash of 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and 2 Tbsp. water to keep them from darkening.
3 Bartlett pears, peeled, cored and quartered ( treat as you would the peaches
a bunch of fresh parsley rinsed in cold water and air dry

Make the honey-lemon mayonnaise before preparing the fruit and melons. Chill set out six salad plates.

Around the edge of a large platter arrange the parsley. Then lay the melons, plums, peaches and pears on the platter in a way that shows off their colors and shapes. Chill for just a few minutes, then serve.

This is a very good salad used with the Honey-Lemon mayonnaise. We have enjoyed for several years.
