another L.L. recipe for chicken salad with grapes

Here’s another of our luncheon recipes -

No measurements for the actual salad ingredients - just for the dressing.

Cooked pasta (rotini works well but any will do - we had a mix of rotini, penne, bow ties)
cooked diced chicken (she used skinless boneless breasts and thighs - skillet fried)
sliced celery
sliced red and vidalia onions
snow pea pods (she used frozen, thawed)
halved seedless grapes (she used both red and green)
pineapple tidbits (drained)
slivered almonds (she toasted them)
salad greens - curly lettuce, romaine and iceberg

Dressing:

1 c. mayo or salad dressing (she used Miracle Whip)
2 T. finely chopped ginger root
1 t. garlic salt
2 T. reserved pineapple juice
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. honey
