another really good meatloaf recipe!

Combine 1 lb. ground beef with 1/4 lb. pork sausage;

add: 1 egg, 3 slices of white bread (torn into pieces), 1 small onion, chopped, 1/4 c. chili sauce;

sprinkle with about 1 t. salt and 1/4 t. black pepper, 1/4 t. sage;

dissolve 1 beef bouillon cube or 1 t. instant in 1 c. boiling water - add to meat mixture

form into a loaf and place in lightly greased baking pan; top with 4 strips raw bacon

bake at 350* F. - after about 25 to 30 minutes, drain some grease; return to oven and continue to roast until done.
