dressing - olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, basil

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, fried in olive oil, garlic, lemon pepper seasoning. salt, fresh parsley and fresh lemon slices

crusty Italian bread

dessert: pie crust - flour, salt, shortening, cold water - baked and cooled
filling: sliced fresh strawberries and bananas covering bottom and sides of cold crust, pour instant banana flavored pudding over fruit - serve with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry on top
