4 cups [1 L] thin peeled cored apple sliced 2 cups [500 mL] fresh or frozen whole blueberries or strawberry slices 1/4 cup [60 mL] firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup [60 mL] thawed orange juice concentrate 2 tablespoons [17.5 g] all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cinnamon Yogurt, to serve [optional] Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C]. Into a medium bowl, combine all topping ingredients; set aside. Into a large bowl, mix together all filling ingredients stirring until fruits are evenly coated. Spoon filling into an 8-inch [20-cm] square glass baking dish. Evenly sprinkle all over with topping ingredients. Bake into preheated oven, until apples are tender. Serve warm, along with yogurt if desired.
