APPLE CINNAMON STUFFING

APPLE CINNAMON STUFFING

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup shallots
7 1/2 ounces unseasoned bread cubes
4 Stash Tea Apple Cinnamon tea bag contents
2 eggs
1 apple, sliced and cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water

In a medium-size sauce pan, combine olive oil, celery, green onions and shallots. Cook over medium heat until soft. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Bake alone or use as a meat stuffing.
